Peter Michael Au Paradis Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is a prestigious estate-grown Bordeaux-style red wine from the iron-rich red soils of Oakville in Napa Valley. Deep ruby to nearly opaque in color, it offers perfumed aromas of black currant, cassis and red rose. The palate is rich and polished, showing plum, crème de cassis, raspberry, rose petal and graphite, supported by silky tannins and a long, refined finish. The wine was aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels and has excellent long-term aging potential.
