This is made up of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Meunier aged on its lees for 7 years and was finished with a dosage of 7 grams per liter. The nose opens with toast and golden apple, some lemon and a hit of hazelnut and a lift of white flowers. The palate is just shy of moderate in weight with soft citrus, peach, hazelnuts and a touch of cream.
