Penfolds Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling is an elegant, cool-climate Australian white wine that showcases the freshness and purity of Eden Valley Riesling. The wine opens with fragrant aromas of lime blossom, jasmine, lemon zest, green apple and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is light-bodied, crisp and refreshing, with lively citrus flavors, subtle mineral character and bright natural acidity. A clean, dry finish makes it an excellent pairing for seafood, fresh salads, sushi, lightly spiced dishes and soft cheeses. The current Australian release is the 2025 vintage.
