Peixes Eixe 2019 is an elegant, light-bodied red wine from Galicia, Spain, crafted from traditional local grape varieties grown on high-altitude slate and alluvial soils. The 2019 blend is approximately 40% Merenzao, 40% Albarello (Brancellao), and 20% Negreda (Mouratón). Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in used oak, it shows a fresh, delicate character with floral notes, wild strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, subtle spice, and a mineral, stony finish.
