Pedro Parra Vinista País 2023 is a distinctive Chilean red made from 100% País grapes sourced from old, dry-farmed vineyards in the Itata region. The fruit comes from granitic vineyards in Guarilihue Alto and basalt-rich vineyards in Ñipas. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts using whole clusters, then aged in concrete and large oak casks, producing a savory, fresh and mineral-driven expression of País.
