Our Lady of Guadalupe Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills 2023 750 ML
Our Lady of Guadalupe Pinot Noir 2023 is an exceptional estate-grown California red wine from the prestigious Sta. Rita Hills appellation in Santa Barbara County. Crafted by renowned winemaker Dave Phinney from 100% Pinot Noir grown at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Vineyard, this wine beautifully expresses the distinctive character of its cool-climate coastal terroir. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, including 45% new oak, it reveals captivating aromas of ripe strawberries, cranberries, pomegranate, orange peel, lavender, and wild sagebrush. The palate delivers concentrated flavors of black cherry, juicy strawberry, and fennel with subtle saline minerality. Balanced by vibrant natural acidity and refined tannins, this elegant Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roasted duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, herb-roasted chicken, and pork tenderloin.
