Nino Negri Vigna Fracia 2019 is an elegant single-vineyard red wine made entirely from Nebbiolo, locally known as Chiavennasca. The Fracia vineyard lies on steep, south and southeast-facing terraces in Valgella, where cool Alpine breezes and mineral-rich schist soils create a floral, spicy and distinctly savory expression of Nebbiolo. Matured in oak and given extended bottle aging, the wine combines refined fruit, structured tannins, fresh acidity and a long mineral finish. Pair it with roasted or braised meats, game, mushroom dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
