Les Monts Fournois Vallée Aÿ Grand Cru 2013 is a prestigious vintage Champagne showcasing the powerful yet elegant character of Aÿ’s Grand Cru vineyards. Predominantly Pinot Noir with Chardonnay, it was aged for approximately nine years on the lees and finished in an Extra Brut style. The palate combines ripe red fruit, peach and citrus with brioche, fresh flowers, smoky chalk and fine mineral notes. A creamy mousse, focused acidity and a long, structured finish make it an excellent Champagne for seafood, poultry, cheese or refined appetizers.
