Mijenta Añejo Tequila is a premium aged tequila produced in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% Blue Weber Agave. The tequila is matured for approximately 18 months in a carefully selected combination of American white oak, French oak, French acacia and cherry wood casks. The result is a rich, complex and elegant añejo with layers of cooked agave, dried fruit, cacao, vanilla and warm spice.
