Produced by mezcalero Emigdio Jarquín from Cuishe, a variety of Agave karwinskii, it showcases the distinctive mineral and earthy character associated with the region. The agave is traditionally roasted in an earthen pit, crushed by stone tahona, naturally fermented in wooden vats, and distilled using traditional methods.
