Mazzei Poggio Badiola Toscana IGT 2022 is an elegant Tuscan red blend crafted from Sangiovese and Merlot. Produced by Castello di Fonterutoli in the heart of Chianti Classico, the wine is aged for 10 months in small American oak barrels. It offers fresh red berry fruit with an aromatic, velvety character and a supple, balanced finish.
Testing Note
Fresh and aromatic with red berry and raspberry flavors, floral hints of violet and subtle citrus notes. The palate is elegant and supple with lively acidity, gentle tannins and a clean, fruity finish.
