Mata Cream Sherry is a rich, pleasantly sweet fortified wine produced from estate-grown Palomino Fino grapes in Jerez, Spain. It combines traditionally aged Oloroso Sherry with concentrated grape must, creating a deep mahogany color and a smooth balance of sweetness, nuttiness, and refreshing acidity. The wine is matured through the traditional Solera system in American oak casks.
