Mas Que Vinos Los Conejos Malditos Blanco Con Madre 2023 is a distinctive Spanish natural white wine produced by Bodegas Mas Que Vinos in Castilla-La Mancha. Crafted from organically grown Airen and Malvar grapes cultivated at 750 meters above sea level, this expressive wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in traditional clay amphorae with grape skins and stems. Aged for six months on skins and lees, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur addition. The wine displays a cloudy golden yellow color with aromas of ripe yellow fruits, apple, herbs and mineral notes. Its medium bodied palate reveals quince, dried apricot, walnut and melon, complemented by refreshing acidity and a creamy texture. An excellent pairing for grilled vegetables, curry, roasted cauliflower and Mediterranean dishes.
