The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged for up to 18 months in French oak barriques, adding exceptional depth, complexity, and structure. It displays vibrant fruit in its youth, while developing layers of tobacco, cocoa, leather, and licorice with bottle age. Rich yet beautifully balanced, it pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, roasts, game, braised dishes, and aged cheeses.
