Lingua Franca The Plow Pinot Noir Eola Amity Hills 2023 750 ML
Lingua Franca The Plow Pinot Noir 2023 is an exceptional Oregon red wine from the prestigious Eola Amity Hills region of the Willamette Valley. Produced from carefully selected estate vineyard blocks, this elegant Pinot Noir showcases the distinctive volcanic-influenced terroir and cool-climate character of Oregon.
The 2023 vintage reveals expressive aromas of Damascus rose, pomegranate, ripe strawberry and delicate floral notes, complemented by cardamom and savory herbs. On the palate, layered flavors of black cherry, plum and red berries are enhanced by hints of lemon peel, black tea and mineral complexity. Vibrant acidity, fine tannins and a silky texture lead to a long, fresh and beautifully balanced finish.
This refined Pinot Noir pairs wonderfully with roasted duck, grilled salmon, herb-roasted chicken, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin and aged cheeses.
