Les Monts Fournois Coteaux Champenois Blanc 2023 is a rare still white wine produced from old-vine Chardonnay grown in the Premier Cru village of Ludes in Champagne’s Montagne de Reims. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in medium-format oak, it displays aromas of fresh pear, white flowers, citrus, mint and chalk. The palate is creamy yet energetic, with vibrant acidity, refined mineral character and a long, refreshing saline finish.
