Description
Les Forts de Latour 2017 is the second wine of Château Latour in Pauillac. The 2017 blend is 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. It offers classic Pauillac character with cassis, blackcurrant, cedar, tobacco, earth and spice, supported by firm tannins and a long, refined finish.
Testing Note
Blackcurrant, cassis and dark plum with cedar, tobacco, smoke, earth and spice. The palate is round and structured with polished tannins and a persistent finish.
