Description
LaRue Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2021 is a small-production California Pinot Noir crafted by winemaker Katy Wilson from Thorn Ridge Vineyard and Rice-Spivak Vineyard fruit. It was aged for 20 months in French oak, 20% new, producing an elegant, silky and expressive Sonoma Coast style.
Testing Note
Aromas of strawberry and cherry with orange peel, clove and star anise. The palate shows black cherry, raspberry, fig and black tea, finishing with smooth, lingering tannins.
