Landform Pinot Noir 2023 is an elegant Oregon red wine crafted by Grounded Wine Co. from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in sustainably farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley. Created by winemaker Josh Phelps, this wine combines three carefully selected Dijon Pinot Noir clones, 115, 777, and 828, to showcase the distinctive character of Oregon terroir. Following a gentle three-day cold soak and controlled fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels to preserve its vibrant fruit character. Brilliant vermilion in color, it offers inviting aromas of sweet cherries, ripe plums, raspberries, and delicate baking spices. The palate is fresh and beautifully balanced, featuring supple tannins, lively acidity, and a smooth, lingering finish. An excellent pairing for roasted chicken, grilled salmon, duck, mushroom dishes, and soft cheeses.
