La Giuva Amarone della Valpolicella 2019 is a rich and concentrated red wine from Veneto, produced using the traditional appassimento method in which selected grapes are dried before fermentation. This creates an intense, full-bodied wine with ripe dark fruit, dried-fruit complexity, spice, and a long, warming finish.
Testing Note
Intense aromas of ripe black cherry, dried plum, blackberry, raisin, sweet spice, cocoa, tobacco, and dried herbs. The palate is rich and velvety with concentrated dark fruit, balanced acidity, polished tannins, and a long, warm, spicy finish.
