Kopp Felsenstück Chardonnay 2022 is a dry white wine from Baden, Germany. It is spontaneously fermented in 300-liter wooden barrels, aged for one year sur lie, with approximately one-third matured in new barriques, and bottled unfiltered. This approach gives the wine freshness, texture, minerality and restrained toasted complexity.
