Kadamba Agave Barrel Indian Single Malt Whisky is produced in Goa, India by Imperial Distillers and Vintners of the Cheers Group. The whisky is made from malted barley and receives secondary maturation in emptied agave-spirit barrels, giving the Indian single malt an unusual herbal and citrus dimension. Pear, vanilla, honey and honeysuckle lead the aroma, followed by caramel, orange-citrus notes, chocolate and gentle vegetal spice on the palate. The agave-barrel influence adds character while the malt remains smooth and central. Bottled at 42.8% ABV, it finishes with soft oak, warm spice and a light herbal note.
