A limited-edition commemorative red wine celebrating 110 years of the Gil family’s winemaking heritage. Crafted from 100% estate-grown organic Monastrell from selected vineyards in Jumilla, it is rich, concentrated, and elegant, combining ripe dark fruit with cocoa, licorice, herbs, spice, and subtle toasted oak.
Testing Note
Deep cherry-red with ruby highlights. Aromas of dark fruit, blueberry and cassis are layered with cocoa, licorice, wild herbs and subtle toasted notes. Rich and mature on the palate with silky integrated tannins, lively acidity, and a long, spicy, fruit-driven finish.
