Josep Grau Vespres Montsant 2024 is an elegant Spanish red wine produced by Josep Grau Viticultor in the renowned Montsant region of Catalonia. Crafted from a blend of 70% Garnacha, 20% Carignan, and 10% Syrah, this expressive wine showcases the character of old vines grown in limestone and clay soils. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks before aging for 10 months in Austrian oak foudres and concrete vessels. The wine displays a beautiful ruby red color with inviting aromas of ripe raspberries, red cherries, blueberries, wild herbs, and delicate chocolate.
