Jean-Baptiste Adam Empreinte Pinot Gris de Macération 2021 is a distinctive orange / skin-contact wine from Alsace. Made from 100% Pinot Gris grown on granite soils in Ammerschwihr, the grapes undergo about 10 days of skin maceration, followed by fermentation in century-old wooden casks and approximately 18 months of aging in cask. The wine is Demeter-certified biodynamic and completely dry, with 0 g/L residual sugar.
