“Jay Cak Cachaca Buteco”, which is a type of Brazilian spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice. It is produced by Weber Haus, a famous distillery in Ivoti, Rio Grande do Sul. There are two versions of this product: one aged for 6 months in amburana wood barrels, and another aged for 8 years in a blend of French and amburana oak barrels. The former has a light amber color and a sweet and spicy aroma and flavor, while the latter has a darker color and a more complex and refined taste. Both have an alcohol content of 40%.
