Jacquesson Dizy Terres Rouges Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut Champagne 2015 is a rare single-vineyard Champagne from Dizy in France’s Champagne region. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, this Blanc de Noirs shows depth, structure, and elegance with very low dosage. It offers refined bubbles with notes of red apple, citrus, pear, red berries, brioche, chalky minerality, spice, and a dry, precise finish. This Champagne pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, roasted poultry, pork, creamy cheeses, and rich fish dishes.
