Jacob's Pardon 16 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finished American Whiskey is an ultra-limited American whiskey made from a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley. Distilled in Indiana and aged for 16 years, it is finished in rare 50-year-old Oloroso sherry casks sourced from Bodegas Williams and Humbert. The finish adds layers of dried fruit, toasted nuts, oak, caramel, baking spice and rich sherry character. Only 48 barrels were selected for this limited release.
