J. Lohr Estates Los Osos Merlot is a rich and approachable Paso Robles red wine crafted primarily from Merlot with Malbec and Cabernet Franc. Aged for 12 months in American oak, it combines ripe dark fruit, gentle tannins, baking spice, and a smooth, lingering finish.
Testing Note
Aromas of plum, currant, and violet mingle with baking spice and toasted pastry. Notes of pomegranate, cocoa, and peppery spice add complexity, leading to a juicy palate with a lingering black cherry finish.
