Isle of Harris Gin is distilled in Tarbert on the Isle of Harris in Scotland's Outer Hebrides. The gin is made in small batches in a copper still and uses local, hand-harvested Sugar Kelp seaweed alongside juniper and a carefully selected botanical recipe. The Sugar Kelp contributes a distinctive dry maritime character that complements citrus, herbs and warm spice. On the palate, bitter juniper and pine are balanced by mango, grapefruit, orange and coriander, followed by a flinty coastal note. Bottled at 45% ABV in the U.S. 750 ML format, it finishes long and clean with vanilla, black pepper and a gentle reminder of the sea.
