Ipsus Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2019 is a prestigious Tuscan red produced from 100% Sangiovese at the Il Caggio estate, part of the Mazzei family holdings. It is a refined and age-worthy expression of Chianti Classico, combining concentrated red fruit, floral notes, spice, mineral character, and finely woven tannins. The 2019 vintage was aged for approximately 18 months in tonneaux, with a portion also refined in ceramic vessels.
