It is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and shows a richer, more textured style than a typical fresh Sauvignon Blanc. The wine offers mature golden-yellow color, expressive aromas of elderflower, passion fruit, citrus peel, light smoke, mineral notes, and subtle oak. On the palate it is dry, full, oily-textured, and balanced with good aging potential.
