Halcon Estate White Yorkville Highlands 2021 750 ML
Halcon Estate White 2021 is a small-production Rhône-style white blend from the high-elevation Halcon Vineyard in the Yorkville Highlands AVA of Mendocino County. The vineyard sits around 2,500 feet above sea level on shale, mica-schist and quartz soils. The 2021 white was made from Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier, whole-cluster pressed, co-fermented, and aged in a combination of French oak and stainless steel. Only about 70 cases were produced.
