Glenmorangie Allta Private Edition No. 10 is a limited-edition Highland single malt Scotch whisky created to highlight the influence of yeast on whisky character. Its name, Allta, means “wild” in Scottish Gaelic. The whisky was fermented using a distinctive wild yeast strain discovered on barley grown near the Glenmorangie distillery and matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks.

Bottled at cask strength, it offers rich aromas of freshly baked bread, biscuits, vanilla, raisins, flowers, and mandarin orange. The palate is creamy and citrus-forward, with flavors of butter candy, vanilla, orange syrup, gentle mint, sweet spice, and subtle earthy notes. The finish is long, warming, and slightly herbal, with bittersweet orange and peppermint.
