Description
Giulia Negri Serradenari Barolo 2020 is a high-elevation Barolo from the Serradenari vineyard in La Morra, Piedmont. Made from 100% Nebbiolo, it shows the elegant, aromatic side of Barolo with floral notes, bright red fruit, fine tannins and lively acidity. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with extended maceration and is aged in large Slavonian oak casks.
Testing Note
Pale ruby in color with aromas of pomegranate, red currant, violet, wild cherry, dried flowers and subtle citrus. The palate is refined and fresh, with firm but polished tannins, bright acidity, savory herbal nuances and an earthy, lifted finish.
