Giulia Negri Barolo Marassio 2020 is a single-vineyard Barolo from La Morra in Piedmont, produced from 100% Nebbiolo. Marassio is one of Giulia Negri’s high-elevation sites and typically gives a refined, aromatic expression of Barolo with red fruit, flowers, spice, mineral character and firm but polished tannins.
Testing Note
Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, rose petal, violet, orange peel and subtle spice. The palate is fresh and precise, with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, savory mineral notes and a long, elegant finish.
