Carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes undergo traditional red vinification, including destemming, approximately ten days of maceration and malolactic fermentation. The result is a pure, fruit-forward Cabernet with concentrated dark-fruit flavors, velvety structure and a spicy finish.
