Gaintza Aitako Txakolina Blanco is a distinctive Basque white wine produced from very old coastal vineyards in Getaria. Made primarily from Hondarrabi Zuri with a small proportion of Chardonnay, it shows bright aromas of lemon, quince, green apple, white flowers and citrus peel. The palate is weighty yet precise, balancing lively, lightly effervescent acidity with concentrated fruit and pronounced mineral character. It finishes bone-dry, saline and impressively long.
