Description
A traditional village-level Barolo blended from five vineyards in Verduno: Riva Rocca, Rocche dell’Olmo, Campasso, Pisapola and Boscato. Matured for three years in large Slavonian and French oak casks, it expresses Verduno’s signature floral perfume, spice and elegant structure.
Testing Note
Aromatic notes of tart cherry, red currant, raspberry and strawberry combine with rose petals, cinnamon, fennel and delicate spice. The palate is graceful and fresh, with fine silky tannins and a long, savory mineral finish.
