Description
An elegant, high-altitude Pinot Noir from Alto Adige vineyards situated between 350 and 900 meters above sea level. After fermentation in open stainless-steel tanks, the wine matures for one year in small oak barriques and several additional months in the bottle.
Testing Note
Ruby red with aromas of maraschino cherry, raspberry, cranberry, plum jam, marzipan, cloves, cinnamon and forest floor. Fresh and lively on the palate, with bright acidity, well-integrated silky tannins and a long, delicately spiced finish.
