Fisher Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 750 ML
Fisher Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is a powerful, limited-production red wine made from estate-grown mountain fruit in Sonoma County. The wine is produced from 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot, giving it concentrated dark-fruit character, firm structure and excellent aging potential. It was fermented in small oak and stainless-steel fermenters and matured for 22 months in French oak barrels, including 80% new oak. Rich yet balanced, this Cabernet delivers layers of blackberry, blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar and spice with polished tannins and a long, elegant finish.
