Filibuster Rye Whiskey is a young, spicy rye which has been blended with a small amount of aged bourbon, then matured in white wine-seasoned French oak casks. The resulting spirit offers an intriguing nose of dried fruit, creamy vanilla and toffee which merges with bold, peppery spice on the palate. A delicate herbal note emerges on the long, spicy finish.
