Description
Feudi Di San Gregorio Serpico Irpinia Aglianico 2018 is a flagship red from Campania made entirely from Aglianico. Produced from old vines in the Taurasi area, Serpico is matured for about 18 months in French oak barriques, creating a powerful, complex wine with excellent structure, depth, and aging potential.
Testing Note
Deep ruby red with complex aromas of cherry preserves, sweet spices, licorice, coffee and cocoa. The palate is rich and balanced, with pronounced minerality, firm structure and a long, persistent finish.
