Equipo Navazos La Bota de Florpower No. 57 is a distinctive, unfortified Spanish white wine made entirely from Palomino Fino grown in the chalky albariza soils of Pago Miraflores in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The 2012 vintage was fermented in stainless steel and matured for approximately 30 months under a layer of flor, including eight months in traditional sherry butts. It offers the complexity and saline character associated with biological ageing while retaining the freshness and moderate alcohol of a table wine.
