Emiliana 57 Rocas Carmenère is a premium organic red wine crafted from old-vine Carmenère grown in the Los Robles Estate of Chile's renowned Colchagua Valley. Fermented with native yeasts and aged primarily in concrete eggs with a portion in French oak, it preserves the grape's vibrant fruit character while adding elegance, depth, and silky texture.
Testing Note
Deep ruby-red in color with expressive aromas of ripe black plum, cherry, blackberry, bay leaf, cedar, and black pepper. The palate is rich and harmonious, offering silky tannins, balanced acidity, concentrated dark fruit flavors, subtle spice, and a long, elegant finish.
