Elio Perrone Bigarò 2025 is a lightly sparkling, sweet rosé from Piedmont, Italy, made from an approximately equal blend of Brachetto and Moscato. The grapes come from the hills of Agliano d’Asti and Nizza Monferrato. After gentle crushing, the must spends about 4–5 days on the skins before fermentation continues at low temperature in pressurized tanks, creating its delicate frizzante sparkle. The wine is bottled isobarically to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.
