El Jolgorio Tobalá Mezcal is a premium artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, crafted from 100% Tobalá agave (Agave potatorum). Tobalá is a small and highly prized agave traditionally found in the highlands of Oaxaca. The agave is traditionally pit-roasted, crushed, naturally fermented and double-distilled, producing an intensely aromatic and complex mezcal with distinctive fruit, floral and mineral characteristics.
