Eisele Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a refined, estate-grown white wine from the historic Eisele Vineyard in Calistoga, Napa Valley. Crafted from 76% Sauvignon Blanc Musqué and 24% Sauvignon Blanc, the wine was matured on its lees for 12 months in a combination of stainless-steel eggs, concrete eggs, oak puncheons, and a small portion in a glass Wineglobe. It offers expressive floral and citrus aromatics with impressive depth, freshness, saline minerality, and a vibrant, persistent finish. The estate grapes are certified organic by CCOF and biodynamic by Demeter.
