Eberle Estate Viognier 2024 is an aromatic and beautifully balanced white wine from Eberle’s estate vineyard in Paso Robles. Made from 100% Viognier, the wine was fermented using 60% neutral French oak and 40% stainless steel, then aged for six months in neutral oak. Regular lees stirring during the first two months adds texture and richness while preserving freshness and lively acidity.
