This is a unique, certified organic, small-batch Tequila with a distinct whiskey-like presence due to a full 24 months of aging in former Bourbon barrels. Look for a golden color and rich honey notes with a bit of peppery sting. The assertive alcohol can’t be ignored (it’s 100 proof, after all), but it fades into pleasingly mellow agave notes.
